To place an order,
1) Comment / drop an email to maidencovelj@gmail.com with the following details
- Name and email address
- Item No
- Colour / Size
- Qty
- Confirmed : Yes/No
2) Wait for our confirmation. A order number will be issued upon confirmation of order.
3) Make payment into the required bank account and inform us your payment (Refer to Payment tab for more details). Alternatively, we do cater for meetups, subject to availability. Do drop us an email proposing a meetup date, time and venue. (Preferably weekday evenings)
4) Item will be sent within 3 days of receipt of funds.
5) To note the following T&C applies when you make a purchase from this website :
a) Sales are strictly on a first come, first serve basis.
Should we be unable to remit payment within 48 hours, please contact us for further alternative arrangement, otherwise the item will be allocated to the next buyer.
b) Prices are non-negotiable
c) Sales are non-refundable. We will always check on condition of item before sending it out, but in event of quality defects, please email maidencovelj@gmail.com with a picture of the item and your order number, within 2 days of receipt of item.
d) For lost mails sent using normal post, while we will make every effort to recover the lost package, we will not be responsible for the missing package, so you are strongly encouraged to use registered mail.
